Doorways | Academic Upgrading
Free adult skills upgrading program:
Doorways is an adult academic upgrading program for literacy and basic skills to prepare individuals for employment and apprenticeship training. This includes upgrading math skills, reading and writing.

- Mature student’s test, or other exams
In a comfortable, one-to-one or group setting improve your skills in:
- Math
- Writing
- Study skills and test-taking
- Financial literacy
- Goal Setting
Staff in the Doorways program provide:
- A casual learning environment where you work at your own pace towards goals that you set
- Daytime classes
- Free academic assessment
- An opportunity to build your confidence
- Information and referral to other community and education services
