Doorways | Academic Upgrading

Free adult skills upgrading program:

Doorways is an adult academic upgrading program for literacy and basic skills to prepare individuals for employment and apprenticeship training. This includes upgrading math skills, reading and writing. 
 

• Employment
• Apprenticeship
• Mature student’s test, or other exams

In a comfortable, one-to-one or group setting improve your skills in:

• Math
• Writing
• Study skills and test-taking
• Financial literacy
• Goal Setting

Staff in the Doorways program provide:

• A casual learning environment where you work at your own pace towards goals that you set
• Daytime classes
• Free academic assessment
• An opportunity to build your confidence
• Information and referral to other community and education services
