We are currently hiring Team Members that are highly motivated and process-focused.

Team Members - will assist the manufacturing team by loading and unloading trailers, stack and stage materials, unload inbound shipments, assist on the production line, or other areas in the plant as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, math and measurement skills, ability to focus, and have an attention to detail. Together with other team members, Team Members will work to exceed customer expectations on quality while manufacturing efficiently with health and safety top of mind.

Duties:

• Physically move material within the plant.
• Stack panels and prepare them for shipping
• Work near machinery and Material Handling Equipment
• Work on fast past manufacturing line
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes
• Monitor production line for quality control and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Ship / Receive product
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for 8+ hours
• Ability to read tape measure
• Able to work well independently, as well as within a team.
