I just completed the Centre for Skills – Workplace Language Training for Customer Service course and it exceeded my expectations. The teaching was inclusive, engaging and creative. Not only did Melissa and Angela provide great support but they also provided bonus topics beyond customer service to set us up for success. I am grateful for the opportunity to develop my skills through this program. Thank you, Centre for Skills, for providing such a valuable training.
