This position will report directly to the Senior Risk Manager providing value to the Risk Management function at CCL.
 
Qualifications:
• · 3-5 years experience within the Risk and Insurance field
• · College Diploma in Business Administration, an asset. University degree preferred
• · CRM or CIP certification will be considered an asset
• · Experience dealing with Workers Comp will be considered an asset
• · Strong time management, ability to handle deadlines and fluctuating workloads with changing priorities
• · Intermediate knowledge using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Role requires significant work in Excel.
• · Excellent written and oral communication skills
• · Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• · Must be able to work independently and within a team
• · Detail oriented individual with proven analytical and problem solving skills
• · Desire to continually improve processes and systems
• · Must be comfortable and confident in dealing with colleagues from different parts of the world
 
Responsibilities:
• · Provide functional and analytical support to the Risk Management Dept.
• · Manage all Risk Management databases in Excel and RMIS software.
• · Maintain an archive of the Corporation’s insurance documentation – current and past policies, including acquisitions and/or             divestitures
• · Coordinate information requests for reporting/underwriting purposes including the preparation, emailing, collection, of regularly       scheduled reports
• · Assist with the preparation of renewal information to global operations
• · Management of incoming responses – providing year-over-year analysis of values
• · Mailing other applications as required, and management of responses
• · Updating reporting templates and invoicing
• · Preparation of renewal applications as required
• · Maintain and revise Risk Management Manual as needed
• · Management of Loss Run Data reports for captive, etc.
• · Tracking of claims information, etc.
• · Point person to liaise with broker for OPCO Certificate of Insurance requests and fleet requests
• · Loss Prevention & Infrared Inspections – management of the process and documentation management
• · Manage files in accordance with retention policies, including scanning, records management and filing.
• · Other duties as assigned
