Stonehooker Brewing Company is looking for a dedicated, self-driven sales rep to join the Stonehooker crew on our journey to bring our delicious beer to the mouths of thirsty customers around the Golden Horseshoe. With our brewery and taproom situated in Lakeview on the east side of bustling Port Credit, we continue to emerge into a high demand marketplace with our eclectic mix of beer styles appealing to a wide demographic.

• has a minimum 1 year of beverage related professional sales experience
• is experienced in the food and beverage industry with a keen interest in beer sales

• has exceptional time management skills
• possesses superior organizational skills and capable of working independently
• has good judgement and professional maturity
• understands the sales process and CRM
• is proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• has a general knowledge of the brewing process
• has a working knowledge of the beer market in Ontario, both craft and macro, domestic and international
• has access to a vehicle full time and maintains a clean driving record
• is over 24 years of age and SmartServe certified

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take care of our customers 
• Sell lots of beer
• Love your job
• Develop new business opportunities with restaurants, pubs and other licensees
• Efficiently manage ongoing relationships with existing customers
• Work with licensees on a weekly basis; plan/attend fun promotions/staff trainings 
• Develop new business opportunities with Grocery, 3rd party retailers, LCBO, restaurants, pubs and other licensees
• Collaborate effectively with other team members of Stonehooker Brewing Company
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the company, the brand, our products and pricing
• Be real: maintain your integrity and authenticity at all times
• Set and achieve goals for specified channels and accounts
• Develop and maintain up-to-date target prospects, leads, customer profiles and actionable targets with real-time use of CRM software
• Take responsibility of accounts to ensure timely order placement and fulfillment
• Understand the pricing and competition in our market, tap for tap, can for can 
• Pitch in as necessary to expedite orders, move product, ensure positive results
• Lead regular daily communication and maintain a regular schedule for sales reporting, with performance metrics, forecasting and lead tracking
• Other duties as assigned
